I like the cat's technique. It's as good as I've ever done at fixing a printer problem. Send her over, I'm having trouble moving and converting Quicken files on my new PC.

Mimosa and my fax machine have daily encounters! The only difference is mimosa DOES manage to get the paper out...and then hides it.
