Rosanna, given a second chance.

We have recently seen a number of major medical cases at the SPCA but none that touched our hearts like Rosanna. Rosanna was near death, had major head trauma, a dislocated jaw and was having seizures. In most shelters she would have been Euthanized but our staff saw a dog that needed help and went to work. It was touch and go if she was going to make it through the night but because of our dedicated medical team she made it! Today, Rosanna is blind from the severe scull fracture she suffered but she is a beautiful happy girl who only wants to give and receive love.
