Have Fun and Help the Animals!

The Seventh Annual Tony Fogliani Memorial Golf Tournament to benefit the animals at the Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA will take place on Sunday, September 20th at Shenandoah Crossing Golf Course in Gordonsville. The tournament is a fun, four-person Captain’s Choice format with special competitions for Closest to Pin, Longest Drive, and Beat the Pro, with the added excitement of a Hole-in-One prize featuring a new car.

Early-bird registration for golfers and teams closes this Sunday, August 23rd, with a fee of only $260/team or $65/person. (After August 23rd, player registration remains a reasonable $300/team or $75/person.) Registration is all-inclusive and includes greens fee, cart rental, a special dinner and awards ceremony, and great raffle prizes provided by generous local businesses. Check-in is at 12:00 noon, with a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. The buffet awards dinner will be at 5:30 p.m.

To register: (1) visit www.caspca.org and download the registration form and instructions, (2) contact Douglas Ponton at (540) 832-7164 or at afogliani@aol.com; or (3) contact Chris Roberson at the SPCA at (434) 964-3305 or croberson@caspca.org.
