Thanks to everyone who participated in the Doggie Howloween Costume on the Downtown mall. There were 82 contestants all with awesome costumes. Everyone had so much fun, and the contest raised $410 for the SPCA. Special thanks to the 19 downtown businesses participating by passing out treats or donating prizes.
